Bahan Bahan Untuk Carrot Cake

  1. Siapkan Bahan A.
  2. Siapkan 5 butir telur.

  12. Ambil 350 gr wortel (parut kasar).
  13. Siapkan 100 gr walnut cincang kasar.
  14. Ambil 100 gr kismis.
  15. Ambil 150 gr jus nanas.
  16. Ambil Bahan D.
  17. Ambil Minyak Sayur.
  18. Ambil Bahan Cream Cheese Frosting.
  19. Perlu 250 gr cream cheese.
  20. Siapkan 80 gr butter.
  21. Ambil 140 gr gula halus.
  22. Perlu 1 sdm perasan air lemon.

Instruksi Membuat Carrot Cake

  1. Pertama-tama mixer bahan A hingga kental, lalu masukkan bahan B yg yg sudah di ayak sedikit demi sedikit kedalam adonan A. Kocok dengan mixer kecepatan rendah hingga rata.
  2. Bila sudah rata masukkan bahan C, lalu aduk sampai rata dengan menggunakan spatula saja.
  3. Kemudian masukkan bahan D sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata (dikucurkan seperti air pancuran sedikit demi sedikit).
  4. Bila sudah tercampur rata semuanya, tuangkan adonan kedalam loyang (boleh bulat, boleh kotak bebas ya) bila menggunakan loyang anti lengket tidak perlu mengoles dan menggunakan baking paper tapi kalau menggunakan loyang yg tidak anti lengket beri baking paper dan oles margarin.
  5. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 180° selama 30-45 menit (sesuaikan oven masing2).
  6. Sambil menunggu carrot cake matang, kita buat cream cheese frostingnya ya.
  7. Mixer cream cheese dan butter hingga halus dan terasa ringan.
  8. Kemudian masukkan gula halus sedikit demi sedikit, lalu masukkan air perasan jeruk lemon. Mixer hingga rata. Siap dioleskan ke carrot cake yg sudah matang.
  9. Saat mengoleskan cream cheese frosting sebaiknya dalam keadaan cake sudah dingin ya. Jadi cake didiamkan dulu hingga dingin lalu keluarkan dari loyang, baru dioles cream cheese frosting.
