Langkah Langkah Membuat Pizza baking pan simple
- Campur adonan biang, utk tes ragi, biarkan sekitar 7 menit sampai mengembang.
- Siapkan adonan roti campur dengan adonan biang uleni sekitar 10 menit.
- Selanjutnya diamkan sekitar 1/2 jam, biar mengembang.
- Sambil nunggu adonan roti mengembang, tumis semua bahan topping jadi 1..cek rasa.
- Setelah adonan 1/2 jam bisa melar ditarik adonan itu tapi tidak putus tanda adonannya bagus,letakkan diloyang sambil ditusuk-tusuk dgn garpu agar anginnya keluar.
- Selanjutnya taruh topping diatasnya setelah diolesi saos tomat lebih dulu baru kemudian keju parut dan keju mozzarela.
- Kalo saya setelah dberi topping didiamkn lagi sekitar 1jam atau lebih biar mengembang lg lebih besar dan hasilnya lebih empuk...beda dgn langsung dipanggang.
- Setelah dirasa cukup letakan (dibaking pan lotus) yang udah dpanaskan kurang lebih 10menit..coz saya gak punya oven..panggang sekitar 20menit dgn api sedang.
